It is with pride that Ezequiel Ferret Olivella conveys to you the 50 year history of his cava cellars, a condensed history of his intense life. Year: 1941. With passion and determination, Ezequiel Ferret Olivella founds CAVAS FERRET together with his older brother José Ferret. This was the idea and legacy passed on by their father, unable to fulfil it himself as he passed away suddenly while Ezequiel was still young.
